A real feel good film...

So it's Saturday night and I want to relax and unwind from studying and New-House type of chores and I want to go see a movie, I mean that seems totally reasonable, right? Unfortunately, we pick a movie about the horrors of home repossession and obsessive former homeowners. Great, just what I want to see after just buying our first home!

Despite being a dark movie, House Of Sand And Fog is a cinematic gem with brilliant performances from Ben Kingsley, Shohreh Aghdashloo, Ron Eldard and Jennifer Connelly. Yes, Jennifer Connelly was good in this and I have to give her some dap for that. grr. Anyway, go see the film and try not to think about how it can happen to you; it'll just keep you up late into the night, trust me.
