Everything is coming up Rosie

You go Girl! Today Rosie O'Donnell married her girlfriend Kelli Carpenter in San Francisco. Rosie and Kelli have joined over 3000 other same-sex couples in making their love official in San Fran. Moreover, they and their four children are now officially a family. Rosie has been a longtime favorite voice in my head, so it goes without saying that I’m happy to see her continue to take significant political stands.

Rosie and Kelli attribute their desire to wed on Bush's asinine Constitutional Amendment banning gay marriage. BTW, Bush’s Amendment proposal, if passed, would be the first Amendment to both restrict individual freedoms and increase the role of government in the way we live our lives. I’ll discuss this point later. For now, congrats to Rosie and Kelli.
