So I was a Dean guy for a while there (and maybe I still am - I am sooo confused!). I like his moxie and I like his views on military agression - he is nowhere near as hawkish as some (all?) of the others.
After wins in IA and NH, I am definitely going to take another look at Kerry, who always struck me as kind of a stick in the mud. But if Iowans can identify with this guy, then I must have missed something.
Posted by: ripple at January 28, 2004 07:05 AMYeah, I know a lot of folks who are Dean or Edwards supporters but very few who admit to being Kerry backers. I think that after these two, dare I say "suprising" early victories, more people will look at Kerry. However, the real question is: will these new backers come from Dean. I don't really think so. From Clark, Edwards and Leiberman, yes. And that might just be enough for Kerry.
Posted by: codefreak at January 28, 2004 01:29 PMOf course, Dean could also attract some of the fallout from Lieberman et al. But the surprising victories (I certainly was surprised at both) defintely put Kerry in command.
